Okay, here is a sample of some of my poetry. Can't share any short stories yet. I'll have to copyright them first. I don't trust people. But These poems are copyrighted and I'm kinda proud of them. Hope you enjoy.
This first poem is about murder in the name of religion. Not much else to say about it:
What For?
Divine Victory is on their hearts
A bloody battle in their minds
How just and fair are their beliefs
With such acts so unkind.
"Cut off their heads! Kill them all!
For God hath told us to!
Christianity reigns supreme!
No other religion true!"
"Destroy the masses! Detonate the bomb!
Their leader is a fraud!
We know the truth, for it is not
this energy they call God!"
Yet while they scramble the truth becomes
what no one has ever thought.
It came unclear of why they died
Or why they even fought.

This second poem was inspired by the balerina paintings and drawings by Edgar Degas and written in the style of Emily Dickinson's poetry. Yes, I'm aware I spelled my name wrong. I did it on purpose
The dance of the hidden sorrow
Velvet sunlight all around
She dances like a swan
Shadows hiding under ground
The show is ready to go on
The wool like wind is her enemy
The icy floor her brilliant stage
And the eyes of all the hearts so firey
Look upon her with their rage
Her steps are carefully guided
By a divine hand up above
The outcome then must be so well-fated
With each move made with love
But the wind sweeps in like an infantry
And knocks her off her feet
Sadly we must all agree
She's a victim of defeat

That's it. Just 2 for now. I hope you enjoyed them. Feel free to leave comments, but I happen to like them, so your criticism will probably be overlooked.
